St. James Teams

St. James is a large, vibrant community with countless opportunities beyond worship services with which to engage and connect. The Teams structure provides an elder point of contact to help ensure that every member or active attendee is aware of these resources so they may engage at the levels desired.
The goal of this program is threefold:
- To promote fellowship and community – elements central to what makes St James so special.
- To provide a conduit for service and spiritual growth opportunities – for small group and community activities, events and simple tasks within worship services.
- To provide spiritual care – your team leader/Elder can be an excellent resource in addition to your relationship with Pastors Hess and Keating.

Each member and frequent attendee has been chosen by one of six leaders to join their St. James Team, named after early church communities written-to by the Apostle Paul:
